I live in Monticello, Minnesota with my two kids and two dogs. Besides writing, I work as a Special Education Paraprofessional working alongside middle schoolers.

      As a child, I always enjoyed drawing but didn't realize there was a passion for writing until 8th grade. Our weekly assignment was to write a 2 page story. Once I started, there was no way I was finished after 2 pages. By the end of the school year, I completed my first hand-written story.

     In High School, I started another story, Hope Creek, but did not complete it. Years later, I picked up writing again and finished Hope Creek. May 2019, it was published on Amazon. 

I have recently finished my second book, Ellie's Trumpet and working on a third.

     I am excited to continue sharing my stories and drawings. 

     On my free time, I enjoy geo-caching, biking, hiking and watching movies.
