Teddy Bear
We would play house! I use to be
one of the best toys in the toy box!
She would hold me and hug me!
But now I am an old bear
Sitting around without a care.
My nose so worn out and wrinkled.
My mouth all fallen apart.
At least I still have my heart
A Day Dreamer's Journey
I see but nothing appears real anymore
A brain, my brain wanders once more
to a place where Dreamers often journey;
maybe near, maybe far
out of this galaxy, no humane human dare venture
For only a Dreamer to journey.
No door, window, lock or key
And only the bland ask where were?
Not a single path, take your own lane
Sleep away, enter here
I'll take you along, come go with me
Let this imagination soar
I see but nothing appears real anymore!
Night's Lights
In Exchange, A Wish
I keep looking out my window
It's still raining
I see the drops slowly racing down,
grabbing more drops and racing down faster
Darkness is relaxing
The thunder roars like a lion
it sounds ferocious but will die down
I lay on my aged bed with thoughts,
never to speak of, for someone would ponder,
she's crazy!
i reach over with a last movement and put out my lit candle
lightning ecstatic's the night's sky,
with a hummingbird second.

Once
I fell in Love
and cupid was not free
busy he was, not with me
My eyes turned twinkling diamonds
for heaven lent them in exchange,
for a wish not in range
Oh colorless beautiful sky,
missing two diamonds I shall die.
But
what shall I do if...
Heaven wants her diamonds back?
My spherical sights might as well fall into me
And her diamonds fly ever so silently
It does not release my eye's lovliness
because
I'm in Love.
